As an Office Operations & Automation Management specialist with over eight years of experience, I possess exceptional abilities to facilitate internal and external communication, support daily administrative and operational functions, and monitor workplace activities. I am a disciplined, self-motivated, and diligent employee with a BBA & MBA degree from Daffodil International University.
My expertise in administrative and compliance work, Campus Protocol, digital marketing, and productivity management has allowed me to make significant contributions to my past and current employers. I am always eager to learn and grow, which is reflected in my completion of over 60 trainings, workshops, seminars, and certificate courses locally and internationally.
Aside from my professional pursuits, I am also an active content creator on social media platforms, where I make YouTube videos, blog, and podcast about productivity, office automation management, protocol management and personal development.
In addition to my current role as an Office Operations & Automation Management specialist, I have recently been assigned the responsibility of Campus Protocol Officer at Daffodil International University. This new role entails overseeing guest relations, hospitality, and protocol management within the campus.I am excited about this new opportunity and the chance to further expand my skill set.
